Course Description
This course is designed to assist a therapist to decide what type of resident is appropriate for a skin protection cushion. Take an in-depth look into cushion properties such as method of pressure redistribution, cushion geometry, and medium and consider the benefits and considerations of using each. Through this deeper understanding of the construction of a cushion, you will be better informed as to what type of skin protection cushion to purchase for your at-risk elderly resident.
