Elevate Your Healthcare Career with the New Medline University Scholar Program

Showcase your expertise.

By Geoff Kass, Director of Medline University and Brenda Kozak, DNP, MSN, RNC, CNE| February 8, 2024

We’ve got some exciting news to share! Medline University is thrilled to unveil the Medline University Scholar program—a fantastic initiative designed to recognize and reward dedication to continuous learning in the ever-evolving world of healthcare.

The Medline University Scholar program is all about empowering healthcare professionals through gamified, life-long learning. Earn badges that symbolize your expertise in specific healthcare areas. Use your Scholar status to boost your resume and professional visibility. Enjoy flexible learning and social sharing.

How does it work?

Learners complete specifically curated courses on Medline University. Currently, available badges include Dementia Care and CAUTI Prevention. Completing the prescribed set of courses for each badge earns a custom recognition badge in that clinical area.

Who can participate?

Our scholar program is open to all healthcare staff—nurses, nursing assistants, nursing home administrators, case managers, dietitians, nutritionists, physical therapists, and more.

Why should you care?

This is an opportunity to not only gain increased professional recognition but also a pathway to professional growth—a team that’s not just skilled but recognized for their skills and expertise. Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare pro or just stepping into the field, the Medline University Scholar program encourages a culture of continuous education and professional development.

What's next?

We have a full lineup of new badge opportunities. In February, we launched badges for Infection Prevention and Sterile Processing. And that’s just the beginning: 2024 promises a parade of badges covering a myriad of clinical areas including Skin and Wound Care, Respiratory, Vascular Access Health, and more!

Ready to elevate your career?

Join us in making 2024 a year of professional recognition and growth, with the Medline University Scholar program— where learning meets celebration! Stay tuned for more updates and get ready to enhance your career with the Medline University Scholar program! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to boost your professional growth and recognition.
